Can you believe it? It took us this long to figure it out. We have lived in Housing for 20+ years. We have passed inspection nearly every year except once when my daughter was not on her meds and clothes were lying all over. I get so nervous and it always turns out I didn't need to. ( I get nervous because we have nowhere to go if we are not able to live here) Well, this time they finally told us where we need to focus our cleaning efforts and I figured out what the problem is. There is stripping near the floor in the bathroom by the tub. Maintenance had to do some work on the flooring back 10 years or more ago. They left a dirty line where they glued the stripping. It has been like that for 10+ years and yet we have passed our inspections. Now, this time they have a new person(everything is different now) doing the inspection. But, so now we know and we had a friend put in all new stripping there for us. It looks SOOOO nice now.
