Our twins in the house started to eat fresh food using the food processor. Lately, they are six-month-old and love eating food processed sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes, bananas, and so on. We prefer not to give baby food available in the market. For us, fresh ones and processed at home are best to nourish the baby twins. Are you fond of using this device? When my grandson was about 8 months old, my daughter fed him with chicken, beef. eggs, fruits and vegetables using a food processor aside from his daily milk intake. Now he's as strong as Superman :) Really, the little boy is very, very strong.

Natural food is good for babies. Tin food won't do any good thing for them.

I agree. I never used one for mine. When I visited my husband's country I saw them feeding their babies foods without processing them, despite the babies didn't have teeth yet. Anything from fruits and veggies, to chicken legs with the bones and everything. I was shocked, but slowly realized fhe babies were fine, so I started giving mine foods in their natural form too, although I made sure the meat was definitely cooked well, soft, cut in pieces and without the bones. But things like mashed potatoes, yogurt, cooked zucchini, okra, carrots, legumes like lentils and beans and chickpeas, any kind of fruit my kids ate in abundance since they started accepting solid foods.

I think it is fine if they mashed and boiled these foods. Aren't they? All I know is that babies can start munching them if they are stable in sitting.

I have a blender that I use currently to blend up the babies pears, peaches and bananas. She hates oatmeal.

It's good the twins are getting fresh food rather than processed foods. This device will make the work much easier.
