I hate my kids are in bad mood. Today the youngest one, boder me to pay for a game account to a person from Discord. I need to say my kid is 13 years now and love to play on different gamimg sites. I promised myself I won't give more money again to put into games, becasue I do not found this thing to be all right. But as he promised to do some issues I asked him for long time, I gave up and pay those money. Unfortunately I send the money to that person on Paypal, first with a note, then he rufunded me, as I am not allow to write into note section...don't ask me why, I have no clue! Then I resend the way he said, but he did not send me the account I paid for, claiming Paypal block his account because I send that note and a message after. It is beyond my understanding....truth is I lost some good money for nothing. I hate doing this only for a moment mood of my kid.

PayPal doesn't block accounts because you send a note with money to someone. I do that all the time. That person lied to you. Ask PayPal to refund your money.

After he refunded me the money I sent first, I message him from the page with the transaction details. There is a messaging option there. Now he claims that Paypal block his account, because of that message, as paypal consider that a dispute between me and him I am not sure that could happend, I work with Paypal for many years, but I have never heard such things. If I claim a dispute, sent Paypal y motives, maybe then they block the account, as well mine, to solve the problem, right?

@carina75 Contact PayPal Support and tell them what happened. It doesn't hurt to ask them if there's anything that can be done. The very worst that can happen is they tell you there's nothing they can do to help you.

@carina75 that’s just part of being a child and growing up. Making rash decisions even when you might think or know your parents are right some life lesson are learning doing it the hard way and learning from mistakes. You go to fall a bunch of times before your learn to stand on your own two feet.

I don't know much about it. There seems to be some other reason for his account being blocked on PayPal.

How very annoying for you. Can you get onto Paypal yourself about it?
