Have you checked your credit score recently? I subscribe to Credit Karma which gives you insight into your finances and ideas to help you get the score up and shows you what it is presently. Things that affect your credit are such as payments made on time, how much credit you are using compared to how much your total limits are, collections, tax liens, bankruptcies, and/or civil judgments, the age of your open accounts, totally open and closed accounts, and the number of time you have applied for credit. I checked mine and my credit score dipped in mid-January and is down a bit. Have you gotten your credit reports recently? You can get them annually for free.
