Ohio firefighters rescue a dog who had her paw stuck in a kitchen sink

I will say one thing about the amazing work that firefighters do to rescue both humans and animals who get into problems that a firefighter is able accomplish. Karen Kuenzel who is the owner of a one year old Yorkie mix dog named Phoebe took her dog inside of her home in Medina Ohio to give her a bath in the kitchen sink. The problem Karen had with Phoebe was that after Karen gave Phoebe her bath in the kitchen sink, Phoebe had one of her front paws trapped in the kitchen sink which caused a lot of pain since she was basically trapped. Karen contacted 911 to report what happened to her dog getting her front paw in the kitchen sink, the 911 operator contacted the Medina Fire Department who went to the home of Karen and took the drain apart so Phoebe could be free from her trap. When the firefighters decided that they could not free Phoebe from her trap, Phoebe was taken to the Medina Veterinary Hospital where veterinarians managed to sedate Phoebe so they could use their tools to remove the sink from Phoebe's paw which was successful. The rescue of the firefighters and veterinarians of getting the sink off of Phoebe's paw is worthy of "Ripley's Believe It Or Not." program.
