I completed my Wednesday morning walking routine.
I walked 4,462 steps for 3.13 kilometers with 154.99 calories burned as recorded by Pedometer.
Today's weather here is 31°C. It feels like 33°C. It's partly cloudy. 20% chance of precipitation tonight.

I do not use any App for walking.
But I and my family members have been trying to maintain a walking routine - even for 10 to 15 minutes a day.
And that is good as well as essential.

You're really burning up the calories. We are having 44-degree weather today. Got a little snow this morning but it has all melted off now.

There's no goal. It's my daily routine since I have already retired from my employment and as a senior citizen.

I didn't walk today but did a 40 minutes of indoor exercise with a video. It was more of waking with dancing

@Nakitakona Yes, there are. But nothing beats walking early in the morning. I plan to go for a long walk tomorrow morning.
