Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are today's lunch. To make it more delectable, I sprinkled it with brown sugar. I'll also prepare some plantains later because I don't want to eat rice. What’s for your lunch/dinner?

I made rice for lunch. By they way why you wish to avoid rice. Sweet potatoes are very good for health. It is already sweet then why you wish add sugar. I love boiled sweet potatoes.
