Weather Forecast Missed Again

Our day today was supposed to be filled with thunderstorms on and off all day. Guess what? No rain at all...all day long. It is 4:21 pm now and I peeked outside. The sun is gone and is is clouding up again. I came inside to check the weather again online and now they are saying our rain will arrive in the 8 pm hour. We will see! I just may be able to accomplish some work in the yard tomorrow if it doesn't rain a lot. Or maybe even do a flea market run. I'm going to work toward getting some things together to take over there tonight. I have been painting a Happy Easter wall hanging. It's cute. How was your weather today? Today was very cloudy here with 0 sun shine or peeks. I hope to see the sun tomorrow and the temperature a bit warmer.

So far we haven't been back in the 20's but low 30's is still hanging around. It should get a bit warmer in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait!!

@kareng - The next week will be very cold. Yesterday the wind blew again strong and we need rain. Our rivers and the lakes have never been so low.

@JudyEv Keep us posted! That is one thing I miss about living out in the country. There are not many garage sales at all here. I did hit a good one up the road from me a few years ago and got some good things. She had collectibles, cookbooks and other good stuff. They were moving so everything was going. My hubby found some old bone handled knives that he decided we "had to have."

We didn't get the thunderstorms either, my location was right in the middle with a band above us and another one below us. And today was just miserable with the cold and dampness.

Hot. Very hot. Despite what I was wearing, I still soaked it through. And, temps didn't even hit 80. The breeze, when it did hit, felt refreshing against my skin though.

I know what you mean. It was 80 here last week and I almost worked up a sweat outside. I'll take it any day over this nasty cold and wet stuff we are having now. Rain is gone but it is so damp which makes it feel colder.

Cold and wet. We had enough freezing rain to cause a big mess during the morning rush hour (makes me very happy to be retired!). If you will feel any better to know this, our weathermen messed that forecast up, too.

E It was COLD here today with a high in low 40's but the wind chill made it feel like 30's.
