She’s so afraid

One of my workmates told us that she found a 1000 pesos bill (almost 20USD) while she’s in the supermarket. She picked up the bill but gave the money to the lady in the stall near to it. According to her she’s afraid to own the money because she thinks that there must be something bad in return if she does it. That amount is already pretty for a number of goods in the grocery but she never mind about it. The next day, I saw 50 pesos (almost a dollar) on the street; no people, no passersby so I picked up the money, bought some banana cue and shared it to my office mates.
