Worst Toilet

Yesterday I went to the public service office to apply for an ID card. When I went to the toilet I was very surprised. There were a lot of clothes hanging. Worse yet, the clothes smelled bad. After I found out, it turned out to be the clothes of an office janitor. What? Really unbelievable. Very bad public service. For God's sake this is my real bad experience.
