March 2 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today has been a good day.
I'm thankful I woke early enough to get everything done before leaving for the Y. I got up at 2.
I'm thankful for the good workout in the pool this morning. I skipped the fitness center because of the exercise class here. The last time I did everything, I didn't get back to the Y for a week. I'm being good to myself as I get the exercise I need.
I'm thankful I got a little more exercise this morning on the exercise bike in the community room before the exercise class. It was also a good class. A couple more people were there this morning.
I'm thankful I have the notifications finished. I actually watched/listened to a couple of shows while I got these finished. This time it was background noise as they were shows I've seen before. It is always good to spend time here and see what's going on in your world.
I'm thankful I figured out how to work on my laptop and not end up with a bad back. I'm in my recliner with a lap tray so I can have a stable platform for the laptop.

I use something like that when I use my laptops, too. It really is a life saver on my back.
Okay, it's offical, I'm starting to get a cold. I'm thankful those don't last long. I'm also thankful Chilly didn't hide under the bed long. Although he appears to want to come out into the living room. We're starting our evening housework so that's not going to happen.

We had lap trays my kids would set up on the floor. They could eat supper in the living room, while watching a program on TV. I woke up early today, used the bathroom and slept a little longer. It was a good day, in the Lord.

@just4him Yes, we did also while I was growing up. With just me and the kids, I let them eat on lap tables once in a while. Usually, we sat around the kitchen table.

It's so warm to read your post.
I'm thankful God still give me time to live until now.
I'm thankful today I'm free from work so I can do many things instead.
I'm thankful for my parents and young sister's health (and mine also).
