I am a big fan of Buffy, The Vampire Slayer. So, you can imagine my excitement when I got an email last night from the Roku channel telling me that it would have the Buffy series on it starting today. So, today here I am watching it. One of the original reasons that I got cable was to watch Buffy. I want to buy the entire disc set but it is so expensive. I have the complete disc series of "Angel". I think one of the things I really like about both of them is the dialogue. Love it! I think Joss Whedon is a genius. So, I'm on episode one of Season One(yes, there are all seven seasons available, and she is making friends. Willow, Cordelia, and Xander have moved in on her. Anything vampire is my cup of tea. I read all the Ann Rice series and The Witching Hour as well. When I was in junior high school I would hurry home each day to watch "Dark Shadows" and my favorite vampire of that time, Barnabas Collins. I usually watch Blade each time the trilogy is on cable. I watch all the old Bela Legosi films too. Yes, I am really into vampires. Why? They are usually very sexy characters and have such finesse and that GQ quality. What's your favorite old tv series?
