Rain might actually be on the way.

As spring approaches, so does Florida's rainy season. We could use the rain, given we'd just gone through a dry spell. However, as the sky darkens, I can only hope I get home before the rain does. I should be okay, but it really does appear rain might be in my future.
It'll hopefully cool things down. As it was, after waking up sweating, I broke down and turned the AC on. I hope George isn't to upset when he gets home. He likes things a little hotter than I do, but I had to do something.

Enjoy it. Well, if cooler is something you like. We're going to have one "cool" day next Sunday, then it'll bounce back up.

Is it warm already there? Lucky. How nice. Here it's still cold. Hovering in the 20s most days and snow. I love the sound of rain but hope you are safe driving

I don't drive. I'm in a wheelchair and blind, my husband is the one who drives. He's working today so I went out in my wheelchair. No big deal. It was warm and sunny. Rain is expected around six.

Oh that's right . . . how are you feeling now? My body fights adjustment when it goes hot to cold to hot to cold - like now. We're in the low 70s - warmish but still windy.

Yes, Florida is known for their rainy seasons. And, ours usually is through spring and summer. Although we've had some dry summers.
Yeah, well, we've been having highs in the 80's and I've been sick. So I've been over exhurting myself without trying.

It was a tad on the warm side here today, but I resisted turning the ceiling fan on. Trying to keep that electric bill under control.

Yep, I sure know it I could smell the rain from my front porch, It is on the way to too bad for the bikers having out at the concert on the beach, I can hear the music from my window,

It is weird but it's March and today temps in NYC were in the 70s. In the house, on the floor where the living and kitchen are, the thermostat reads 80. Doesn't feel nice on this floor. But the basement is nice and cool. Wish I could stay there.
