Yesterday was a good day to do nothing as I watched it snow. It was an eating day, and yes, I also exercised. With a good day to do nothing, I watched a good movie, an oldie but goodie - the original Journey to the Center of the Earth.
So how did I do on this do-nothing day?

No unplanned workouts, which is good. My office is as good as I'm going to get it for now.

I went to Zumba yesterday. It's a scaled-down version but still would count as good exercise.

I had a decent-good earing day yesterday. Especially at dinner time. I really needed that kind of day. And I'm up about a pound, finally.
