Yesterday was a good day to do nothing as I watched it snow. It was an eating day, and yes, I also exercised. With a good day to do nothing, I watched a good movie, an oldie but goodie - the original Journey to the Center of the Earth. So how did I do on this do-nothing day? Weight - 190.2 - Up four ounces Food Breakfast - 3 Eggs, 1 Onion, 1 Tomato, 1 Serving Feta Cheese, 1 Banana Snack - 2 Servings Mozarella, 2 Pears Lunch - Ezekiel 4:9 Raisin Bread, 1 Serving Almond Butter, 1 Serving Strawberry Preserves Snack - 1 Serving Apricots, 1 Potato w/Shredded Cheese Supper - 1 Serving Oatmeal, 1 Serving Raisins, 1 Serving Cashew Milk Grand Total Calories: 1755 Fat: 63 Sodium: 1105 Potassium: 3213 Carbs: 219.3 Sugar: 80.2 Protein: 101.3 Beverage 2 Water, 1 Tea, 1 Milk Exercise Bike - 5 Miles/128 - 22:43 There you have my health report for yesterday. Your calorie count is up. I suppose the snow and being at home all day contributed. " Journey to the center of the earth" is a great movie, l could watch it again.

I wouldn't worry about ounces or even a couple of pounds. You know it is normal for weight to fluctuate a bit.

I had a decent-good earing day yesterday. Especially at dinner time. I really needed that kind of day. And I'm up about a pound, finally.
