Paper Waste

Paper towels, toilet paper, paper napkins, legal paper, computer paper, stationary, newspaper, newspaper ads, etc.
I get so many ads in the mail. Loans, community updates, sales info, etc. I get tired of it all. I am actually appalled at the paper waste. I get at least two loan ads per day, sometimes it bunches up on the weekend.
Yesterday I got a note from the Parks and Recreation Department. They are thinking of renovating or rebuilding the community pool we have at the grade school nearby. The way it stands it is a cool Art Nouveau fashioned structure built-in 1953. I know it is old and needs some work but I sure hope they don't tear it down and build some modern, ugly eyesore where this building with character used to be.
That is just one example of the mail I get. I like getting this type of thing but all the other ads and miscellaneous junk is such a waste of paper as far as I am concerned.
How do you feel about this issue?

@celticeagle So true, furniture made with real wood, houses built with nice roofs and that do not look like Lego cubes.

@celticeagle I think the best way to save paper on mail is to use Email.

There's a ton of junk mail. I believe it can all be recycled.
