If you are in Philippines and you’re served with torta, it can be an omelet or a sponge cake depending on the region or provinces a person is living. This afternoon my snack is torta that I bought at the nearest bakery. I’d eaten two pieces of it the size in the picture. I’m a bit stress and I think I have a bigger appetite at the moment. What do you have at the moment folks?

I made savory vegetable muffins for lunch that I served with tomatoes and grilled bell peppers, very good. Torta in Italian is a "cake" no matter which kind of cake is called torta.

It's sweet but not too much. I really miss coffee. It's been more than a year the last I had coffee. I'm still longing for it but I tried to avoid because it will trigger my hyper acidity.

I had nachos a while ago. You could be located near my region as we also call that torta. We have another version of torta too the Pampango version which is ground pork mixed with potato, green peas, carrots raisin egg and calamansi.

I like torta especially its brown edges. I like it a little bit crusty. I have no snacks this afternoon, I am on fasting.
