@LadyDuck I have seen many people no longer active in the last two years. Many new people joined but they are not so active.

Our repair activities are just finished. A visit from our landlord is due and there could be the scope for some arguments!! Anyhow there were some not so good experiences during this repair activity. Time Management and syncing with their work and our needs was tough and stressing sometimes!

@arunima25 Ha ha !! Just make sure that the Sofa Repair person has not gone to some other city in your search! In fact, the landlord visit did had an argument angle. But well, I might reveal the things in a later post someday.

@arunima25 Professional or unprofessional? The way local plumbers/electricians/ other repair folks work, they are not expected to know anything about terms like Planning, punctuality, professionalism etc. With facilities like Urban Company, there are rules and clauses that make those people accountable. Local folks are hardly accountable except to their ego in some cases. We have a Plumber in our society who thinks of himself as nothing less than a Manager. But we have nicknamed him as "Chief Maintenance Engineer" with ego as high as some of the Top Government officials (even not all of them have that! ) And during the last 1 month, we had to deal a lot with him. We suspect that he has spread false information and in a negative way about us, hiding his own ways. But well, that is life !! ........

@DianneN Yeah I can understand as you are very busy in day to day things. Even I would be much more occupied offline in the coming weeks - both in work and personal life. However, I do come here in between even if for shorter sprints of 15 to 20 minutes at times.
