Tall timber time as we end the countdown celebrating the songs of Shel Silverstein. The postage stamp coming out next month isn’t doing that: it’s honoring The Giving Tree. Both of the top two are on my 100 favorites list, so the order could change based on my mood. As I just featured the song, I thought I’d move it down to the runner-up spot, but they’re both #1 in my books.
