I'm not going to give you two days in a row, even though I didn't get it done yesterday. I didn't do much of anything yesterday with being sick. Being on the computer was the last thing I wanted. I will say, I ate well on the 18th.
Weight - 190.4
Food
Breakfast - 3 Eggs w/ 1 Roma Tomato, 1 Leek, 1 Serving Goat Cheese Crumbles, 1 Slice Irish Soda Bread
Lunch - Corned Beef, Potato, Baby Carrots
Snack - Banana
Beverage
1 Water
1 Tea
Grand Total
Calories: 990
Fat: 52.06
Sodium: 1925.1
Potassium: 1601
Carbs: 89.61
Sugar: 25.83
Protein: 46.07
No exercise - Being sick did not lend itself well for exercise.
My weight is up. It's all water weight. As the sodium levels are high in my system right now with the corned beef, it will take a few days to get the water weight off as the sodium is flushed out. I worried about how low it was a few days ago, now I need to get rid of at least a thousand mgs. It's coming down from what it was - over 2000.
How did you do with food and exercise? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

It was an average day for me with both. Drinking water will help you flush the excess sodium out of your system.

@just4him Whenever I consume highly salted foods, I'm very thirsty afterwards.

I did eat my meals like hot dogs and beans in moderation as well as limiting my soft drinks to a low level and drink bottled water.

I'm sure it's difficult to keep sodium levels under control.

You'll get it back under control. At least you're feeling a bit better today.

My mother fixed corned beef and cabbage each year. She would swell up with water in her ankles and legs, every time. I didn't fix any, even though it's so delicious!
