Cold Day

But I got a few things done. I didnt stay outside very long this afternoon. I rolled one of the old tires away and decided that was enough of that. It is too wet to be rolling them anywhere and I dont like to carry the bigger ones. But I did get another load out of the barn. This one went to the chicken coop as bedding. It still had a lot of good hay in it. I also got a few more weeds pulled and tossed into the pond.
When that was done I came in and took a nap with Monster. I let her sleep while I did evening feed as it was sprinkling rain and a cold wind. I also took a picture of the tires. They are now listed for free on a fb group. Hopefully someone will want at least most of them. They can move them out of there.
I did sew some more on my shirt this evening after eating pizza. But I have not done any of my hand sewing yet.
My friend that was supposed to bring me plants last weekend called today. She got busy then. Today she said she has the truck bed full but had been outside today and was cold. She might make it tomorrow. I didnt mind as it was cold out by then.

I enjoyed my work at home today since tomorrow will be my last posting any stories since Sunday will be moving day to the rental home. I will likely return to posting stories in about two to three weeks when the packing in the new home is finished.

Looks like you have a longer wait for the Spring time.

Its always cold into April. But the days are getting warmer and we will start having more real nice ones

Did you, at least, visit with George today? He gets lonely, you know.
I couldn't get to sleep after we got home from the doctor until this morning. I slept from 7 pm to 11:30 pm. I'm still tired... and my face/eyes are swollen and aching again. *sigh*

@wolfgirl569 There's too much pollen outside, even with me wearing my mask all the time. The pollen just has to land on my skin to start an allergic reaction. (My BP has been high just because of all the Benadryl I'm having to take. At the doctor's office yesterday it was 150/99.)
Yeah, but deer can't pet him and talk with him... Poor George. Pretty soon you'll be shooting one of his new friends for your freezer. 
Thanks. We changed the two filters in the air ducts yesterday. We're hoping that clears more of the pollen in the house out.

@DaddyEvil Mine are starting to act up a little bit. But nasal spray still seems to be working for me. I think that looks better than when your BP was going below 100. The nasal spray she told me to buy was based on the medicine I am on.
They do too. I have seen the babies visit the horses at the fence. Had a doe last year that would jump in with the horses. If there keeps being enough out here yes we will.
Hope it helps. Hubby changes our filters the first of each month.

I even have lightly frosted mini wheats outside. The hay is the only thing it has stuck to.
Very fair. I enjoyed it.
He has deer visiting him. Dont know what is going on but we are seeing more of them now. I seen 7 a few days ago. This morning there was at least 4 by the pasture.

Days are getting warmer here as summer is officially here. I got up early to do some gardening. Later it becomes too hot to be outdoors.

@wolfgirl569 Yes, you have to wait for days for days to get warm enough for gardening. I am sure that you must be excited about it and looking forward to it.

Today was very weird. I have been "out of it" all day. Cold, then hot. back and forth. It rained for so many days until today that I think the antibiotic did nothing.
So glad you and Monster seem to have had a fair day.

I didn’t go out because of the disruption caused by the prednisone, but I did run outside to feed the squirrels. Yes, it was cold.

In no hurry as its cold again. I wint do much with them until Wednesday at least when we are supposed to warm up again.
