I guess this little girl has a new home now...ours! She came out of the woods, was scared and timid. It took about a week of her hanging around before she even came into the yard. She was apparently sleeping in the old dairy barn on the property behind us.
She is pure black with green eyes just like the kitty in the photo above that I found on Pixabay.
She finally decided to socialize and of course we fed her. She has decided that her sleeping area is now on top of Duke's kennel on the back porch. She is now friendly and follows you everywhere you go outside. So far she has tripped my hubby up and made him fall down. I have avoided that so far.
We haven't named her yet. I have a few names in consideration, but would love to hear your suggestions. What should we name this little kitty?

@wolfgirl569 I think it is his slow coordination. She follows me but is several steps behind me.
Pretty colors in a tortoiseshell!!

@kareng I have a Cruella. She is a tortoiseshell with an attitude. But also often underfoot like you described

Yep, definitely not PC as I'm not allowed to use that 'bad word'.
I remember when there were too many cats here before when hubby coached a kitten out of the tree. He got all upset that cats were getting on our cars so it's only a matter of time before history repeats itself.
