Where's the beef?

"Where's the beef?", as the commercial used to ask.. It is in the homemade beef stew. All last week hubby had been talking about different things he wanted to make. Beef stew was one of those things. After my appointment I went to Aldi. They have very good meat. I bought a 1 1/2 lb package of black Angus beefstew meat. Bob made stew today. Hurray for colder weather and a delicious hot meal for two evenings, at least.

Yes. It can get pricey but he needs to have it for his anemia.
