Will Smith has withdrawn from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. I have to find out more about this.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Fish, rice, mixed veggies, spinach, roll, pears
Dessert/Snack - Banana walnut muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Black cherry yogurt

Mostly having rice and gravy and French fries since low on all but SS coming soon,

He made a joke about his wife's bald head (she has a medical condition and shaved her head). He alluded to her acting in G.I. Jane 2. Demi Moore had a shaved head in that movie.

Heck if I know what I ate yesterday. 
Seriously, I went to Logan’s and had a “roadie” (a small slider-sized burger) and a baked potato. I finished off the rest of my chicken & dumplings for dinner.

For my "real food", I had a turkey and cheese sandwich yesterday, and today I had chicken, veg & rice. Otherwise I usually just eat small snacks like string cheese, chips, or popcorn.
