Meatloaf For Dinner

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. Just took it out of the oven. Fixed my plate. Ready to eat. Smells wonderful in here. Gotta love meatloaf. And there will be leftovers for tomorrow. Passed on making biscuits today. Maybe next time. Enjoy your evening everyone. A beautiful day it has been here today. Photo is mine.

It does smell really good when it’s cooked. I couldn’t figure out what to do tomorrow night for dinner and just remembered it’s meatloaf Monday. We may go to my husbands uncles house though to see his cousins who are in the area visiting (they live in Alaska) so I’m not sure if we will be eating dinner at home before we go or not.

I can see paradise dinner by the dashboard lights…..oops, wrong Meat Loaf.

JJ uses that spicy ketchup to spice up his meatloaf. I suppose there are as many recipes for meatloaf as there are people who make it!

I know, he loves the spicy. Not me. I prefer the sweet topping with ketchup and brown sugar. There are tons of recipes!

So true but for me, it is hard to stock up on any meat since I order online only once a month, Besides I am not someone to cook too much for myself perhaps I will get some packages of Stoffers meatloaf
