Live Streaming Scheduled in a Perfect Timing

The last time that we have live streaming, it was great. But I asked my friend not to continue the activity until 5:00 AM next time. 
We were so overwhelmed because the viewers flocked in right after midnight to our virtual shop. It is fine until 1:00 AM because I do not want to jeopardize our health because of it. It should always be perfect timing.
Do you consider your health first before anything else?

When it comes to work, I can't put my health first. I've got bills to pay and kids to feed. For other things though, I do try to stay as healthy as I can.

@Shavkat I'm not interesting enough to livestream, but I've heard it can both be lucrative, and that it can take over your whole life if you're not careful.
