A late lunch for me.

I had a lovely visit with my daughter this morning and then decided to rest a bit.
I dozed a couple of chapters on Criminal minds that I had already watched and now I will see what to eat for lunch.
I also have to think about whether this week I will ask for groceries. I already skipped a week. That meant a decent amount of savings for my holidays.
I´ll check my pantry. I know that I have more than enough meat in the freezer.

I had a PBJ sandwich before I went out. Tonight for supper though I am making a new dish Monterey spaghetti. It sounds tasty. I am making it without chicken so it will be a veg meal. I used to like Criminal Minds. Now, I am into the FBI.

Sometimes, I only eat two meals per day, the other meal is a piece of fruit or a cup of yogurt. It depends on what I have, and if I am really hungry. I used to live to eat. Now I eat to live. Thank goodness I was able to turn it around!
We had chicken fajitas tonight. Really good and there is enough for another meal, which is a good thing.
