I talked about a few things about my childhood as well as teenage. Here is about another happening which I still remember. Till my schooling time, going out with friends and having lunch/dinner was very uncommon for us, though some other school friends were already doing that. During December 1992, when I was in 10th, one of our friends took us to a Restaurant somewhere in Central Delhi. And for the 1st time in my life, I eat what is now ubiquitous: "Pizza" ! Yes. It had a thin crust but quite a plain one. Now I prefer stuffed one Then we had a nice evening. Only talking as there were no mobiles then. After that, I went home walking. Yes walking for close to 4 km ! I was walking a lot of part of my going back to home along with a friend who wasn't particularly admiring some of my fun talk!! Never Mind. So many things in life!

It's good to remember the old times. I am Italian but from the North, I think I was already 8 years old the first time I had pizza.

@LadyDuck Sounds like places in India where cuisine sees a rapid transformation even with a distance of 200 Kms!

@LadyDuck That sounds familiar to me. May be some day you can come up with a discussion on the different cuisines in different parts of Italy!

It's good to look back on these times. I marvel at some of the things I did too.

@JudyEv Yes and at times I wonder if bindings, responsibilities and constraints hinder some of our capabilities? But one cannot be certain.

That was a lot of walking. Not so hard when you have company.

@Kandae11 But for the last 1.5 Km, I walked alone but that was ok.
