Housing Inspection AGAIN

As you might recall we had a housing housekeeping inspection set up in February. The place had the kid's piles of stuff all over and we didn't pass. I didn't realize the extent of the piles and messes downstairs since I am upstairs most of the time. So, in March(21st) we had another and passed it. Now, they have set up another housekeeping one for May 9th.
I am trying not to stress and will write out a list of uncluttering and defile things for my daughter to do close to the time for the inspection. She has been doing well keeping the place neat and without piles. Will have my grandson tidy up his room again too. Geesh! I hope this isn't going to be an ongoing thing.

It could very well. as long as you're getting assistance that's the price you pay for stuff. If you keep it up year-round, the inspections should be stress free.

I still feel stressed. I am just very sensitive to it.

I hope not since the last inspection on where I used to live passed until a news report on local television stated that mold was inside a lot of the houses in my former neighborhood.
Then in mid March my relatives were given our eviction notice to leave within two weeks. Thank goodness a replacement rental home was available.

Not good. That stuff can kill you.
That's good. In our case, if we were evicted we would have nowhere to go. No relatives and the housing here is so expensive. Our credit isn't very good also.

@celticeagle That scared me a lot since a lot of tenants who were evicted faced the problem of finding a replacement home.

I don't either. I think they are trying to keep my daughter in tidy-up mode.

Not again! I wonder if it's a 'wellness check' in disguise.

Why would it be that? I think they are harassing us but have to put up with it.

It should now that I know the reason the one before last didn't.

Sorry to hear that, them doing one a year maybe is acceptable and understandable...but another one already? That stinks! I would be stressed too.

They must think we clutterers and do not want to let it get out of hand. Or, they are looking for reason to get rid of us.

I am very sensitive to stress. I have gotten rather used to this and now know what was going on and why we didn't pass the inspection earlier this year. So I believe we are good.
