Change of Plans

Today was the day that I would have met my father’s family. Sadly that is not happening. Little Miss woke at 3 a.m. and crawled into bed with me.
She said her belly hurt. I had her lay down and over up. About 15 minutes later she sat up and vomited on my bed. I got a trash can and handed it to her just in case she felt sick again. I cleaned up the mess, got her up and into the bathroom but by then she was fine.
I stripped my bed, but at that hour I was too tired to remake it. So I tucked Little Miss into her bed and headed for the recliner.
I woke at 7:30 and sent a message to my sister and aunt to let them know I had to cancel today’s plans. They of course understood why and were concerned about Little Miss.
Little Miss woke at 8:30 and said she felt better. Even so I’m going to have her lay low today.
Hoping to find a day in May to reschedule our trip.

She is playing in her room right now. Said she’s feeling much better so I hope that it stays that way.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed. But Little Miss is feeling better. I unfortunately am not feeling well. Glad that I stayed home so we could rest.

@JudyEv today is a better day. My allergies are still bad but that is to be expected this time of year.

I feel so much better today. Because it was nice out yesterday and Little Miss was feeling better, she bugged me all day to go outside.
