My idea for my empanada business

I buy this 3 pieces colored empanada molder online. I have an idea now on how I can use them all.
I will use the large empanada mold for chicken and tuna fillings because I can use potatoes and other veggies as extender so I can easily fill the space without putting a lot of meat.
I will use the medium size for making pizza empanada and cheeseburger empanada. I need smaller space because I will not be using extenders like potatoes.
I will use the small mold for sweet fruit fillings like apple, mango or pineapple. I need smaller space so I wont need to fill it with so much fillings.
I think it's a good idea.

I still don't know depend on the costing. Is 25 pesos expensive for a large one?

I think these are excellent ideas. You need to make a profit from your empanadas while still giving the customer value for money.
