Baked Fish Sticks For Dinner

Another simple dinner. Fish sticks and tater tots (potatoes) for dinner.
Spent most of the day outside enjoying the weather. Lots to see and do in the yard. A few blooms are almost here. A few more days.
Decided on a simple dinner of baked fish sticks and tater tots. Yes, they were frozen until I cooked them. A quick dinner was enjoyed. I made my own cocktail and tartar sauce.

Not sure what we'll be eating tonight for dinner, but we finished all our matches for today at our paintball tournament, and once we conclude our team meetings and debriefings our coach will tell us where we're going to have our team dinner.

@CarolDM We ended up having dinner at this wonderful little local Italian restaurant. I had a calzone. When the waitress asked me if I wanted the big one or the small one, I of course replied the big one! I was famished. She gave me a look of contempt and then went and put in our orders. Then I saw why she looked at me the way she did. When the food came out, my calzone was so huge that it overhung both sides of the plate. She told me good luck eating that. Always up for a good challenge, I did my best, but just couldn't make it through the entire thing. So I will be snacking on the remainder of it throughout the day in between our paintball games.

@moffittjc Oh how nice Jeff. I love those little restaurants. Calzones are a favorite. Will be a good leftover for you. Enjoy the day and good luck.

We had chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I wanted to cook a couple of meals, tomorrow will be a beef roast, so we'll have some leftovers. We are going to have revival services at church starting Sunday, so leftovers make it easier since we have to leave for church.
