After Church

I always go ahead after church and pick up whatever I might need for meals the next week.
Since I have been home I have been doing some prep for the rest of the week.
I now have a breakfast casserole ready. And some sausage gravy.
There are beans simmering in the crock pot to become baked beans again this week.
Hubby will make some coleslaw.
It has been forever since I had ramen noodles, but that will be my lunch at least part of the week.
I like being prepared.
We will end our school year May 25. Our principal says we can feel free to wear shorts and t shirts the rest of the year, but I do not really have shorts I would want to wear.
I am going to have a cup of coffee and grilled ham steak for supper. It is that time now. I am pleased to have food and a place to be. We were safe from the storms and I am glad.
That is pretty much my Sunday so far.

Sounds good all that food Heather..I like the old noodles now and again.
Had a tuna sandwich, might have some noodles now you reminded me.

I had a good Sunday with my family and that included my fur babies. We went to the port of the city and watched the sun go down by the sea.

That's good. You got it all planned and all ready. Locally, news says, children be must wear masks at schools even though, restrictions lifted, till end of school, this May.
