Only three more Monday's after this one.
May is very busy in schools with concerts and track meets. Field trips and field days.
It seems a lot of our adult help is out right now, not feeling well.
I have a cold but I am recovering.
My lunch is packed and I just have a little to do to make the beans for supper tonight. I hope the day passes quickly and some of my coworkers are back from having an Omicron 3 covid infection.
Good Monday to those on the daylight side, and good night to the others who have already been there.

It’s Derby week here! The weather forecast looks dramatically different than it did 24 hours ago, with the possibility of cool drizzle on Derby Day. Seems to happen every year. Heck, we had sleet and snow on Derby Day in 1989! (I remember that well because it was the year I bought my house.)

My blood pressure is way too low again for the last three days. I've spent most of the time in bed with an upset stomach. (I used one of the self-tests and it isn't Covid, at least.) I haven't taken any of my blood pressure meds during that time. (My doctor told us that I can take the meds, or not, according to the BP readings I get during the day... 96/66 is "okay" but still well below the 120/80 the doctor wants my BP to read.)
I made homemade rolls and chicken salad yesterday afternoon.

I was feeling a bit out of it today and I hate when that happens on a Monday, Now toward the evening I feel better and I can say goodbye Monday. I hope you have a relaxing evening and your cold gets better,

This month of May is exciting for my country. Next Monday is our presidential election and it's going to be a historical one. I can only pray that the result of the election wouldn't cause riot.

I hope you recover from your cold soon. I had one too a couple of weeks back but I am better now.
I went to Church yesterday and somebody said one of the fellas I know called Tim has got Covid.
