Leftovers for Dinner / myLot

We are having leftover American Chop Suey, spinach and take and bake rolls for dinner tonight. I love leftovers because all day long, when dinner pops into my mind, I relax when I realize dinner is already taken care of. What did you have for dinner tonight? Was it leftovers?

I made Ricotta, Bacon and Arugula Skillet Dinner tonight. But I have leftovers for next week though. That sounds delicious, though I never had chop suey before.

Most times l prepare dinner for two or three days and store in the fridge - saves time and gas.

@KristenH That sounds really delicious. Most of the ingredients for American Chop Suey are elbow macaroni, ground turkey (most people use ground beef) and spaghetti sauce. and I chop up some mushrooms and onions and add spices. It freezes well too.

I don't think it's chop suey if it's American. Lol we had chinese.

@thislittlepennyearns Ha ha, yes you may be right but my mom always called it that. Chinese sounds good and we haven't had that in a while. I am going to suggest that to my husband as a dinner soon.
