I am worried because yesterday my youngest daughter had a house accident. She was using the electric drill and as she told me "she drilled her hand". She went to the hospital immediatly and apparently it is nothing terrible. She said the worst was the first of 3 tetanus shots and now she is with antibiotics and pain killer drugs. Still as all of you know, drugs only help up to a certain point. She did not want to go and help so I will just ask by phone. While she was telling me about it, my stomach ached She knows that I am here for anything she wants. And I´ll be calling her. She was worried that I would reprimand her but I told her that it was not her fault. I hope she is well soon. She says it hurts a lot.

Oh that sounds terrible. At times, even careful folks get into such troubles. I hope she recovers fast enough.

OUCH!!! that certainly sounds like it hurts but thankfully she said it wasn't terrible. Hope the pain killers help and she isn't in too much pain. I would have felt the same way as you if I had gotten that phone call,

I´m glad I did not fall in those typical words "I told you so". They never help.

@marguicha sometimes we just have to bite out tongues when we're tempted to say 'I told you so" I find the same thing with my adult children

Oh my goodness, I am going to say nothing to my husband, he does not want that I use the drill "because it's dangerous".

Tell her not to feel bad. I once drove a nail into my thumb. Hope it heals fast

And I thought a sewing machine needle puncture was painful. That sounds much worse.
