lunch and dinner

I bought some special meat yesterday.

I went to a butcher (not the supermarket) with Tania and I bought tongue, calf´s foot and a big piece of pig to roast in my oven. Today I cooked the tongue and made mayo. I think that I´ll just have that for a late lunch with Diego. I also have rice and other food so that Diego can eat other food also. I have several ingredients for salads too. This will be a sort of lunch-dinner for us as we ate a late breakfast.

I love tongue. Now it is considered a delicacy so it is expensive.

Brain fritters used to be my faforite dish with rice on the side. Now they don´t sell it any longer after the mad cows.

I would enjoy the pig roast with some sauerkraut and potatoes. Yum!
