Raymonde Sullivan who turned 100 years of age on May 2 made a promise to herself and her close friends that she wanted to go skydiving since it was one of her wishes that she had on her bucket list. Raymonde who is a native of England who served in World War II who served in the medical corps attending wounded soldiers who were wounded in the battlefield to field hospitals was not afraid to go skydiving since for her it is a way to enjoy her life after her service during a war. Raymonde did her skydiving wish that came true in Sebastian Florida. Raymonde insists that she is not a heroine for doing the skydive on her birthday which she celebrated by having a soft drink and a rum with her relatives. I like a senior citizen who enjoys life to the fullest. Raymonde will inspire others to follow her example to pursue your dreams.

@Deepizzaguy .......Oh, yeah. I would not like being up in a plane much less jumping out of one.

I know how you feel since it takes a lot of courage to go skydiving from a huge height in the air.

My pleasure to share these kinds of stories on this site. I like the way Raymond thinks that for her age is just a number.

@Nakitakona I am sure that she had medical clearance before she went skydiving since the shock of jumping off a plane can be scary.

@Deepizzaguy She has a healthy heart to brave herself for skydiving. In short, she's healthy.

Inspiring. George Bush Sr did it on turning 90 and said he would do it again at 100, but it was not to be.

Wow, so much of courage to pull off a stunt like that being a centenarian. She must have nerves of steel.

I believe that she does since doing skydiving is a piece of cake compared to getting soldiers who were wounded on a battlefield to the battlefield tent while facing enemy fire.
