Have you ever heard of Santa’s Village? This used to be an amusement park in Scotts Valley, California. It is in the Santa Cruz Mountains in Santa Cruz County. This amusement park was open from the 1950s to the 1970s, I believe, and as you would expect,It had a Notth Pole theme. I remember the television ads and the Christmas tree ride. I was there once as a kid. Many Bay Area people have fond memories of this park. It is not there anymore but the mural represents it. Have you ever been there?

When Pretty was 6 years old we went to Santa's Workshop at North Pole Colorado. It's a fun amusement park there. (I owned a vacation house in Colorado back then.)

This is a theme park with a North Pole/Santa Claus theme. There were more locations. I guess the Scott’s Valley location was too hard to get to .

@Aquitaine24 Here is a photo, as it is in Finland it's cold most of the year there, more Christmas atmosphere.

Wow, that's cool! Here in the Philippines, we have our own version of Santa's Village, however, it only opens from end of November until end of December.

So it is strictly a Christmas attraction there.

There is a Santa’s Village in many US states and provinces. When you mentioned it the first one that came to my mind was in Brace ridge, Ontario….the second was in New Hampshire….
I’ve never been to Santa’s Village. I’m not actually a big fan of amusement parks. Waiting in line has no appeal.
