Good afternoon, I took my late lunch with mixed vegetables

I just woke up at 3:48pm and took my late lunch with mixed vegetables with a bit of chicken cuts. These mixed vegetables composed of squash, string beans, eggplant, and others depends who's the one who cook. You can add as much as you've wanted. This includes also seasoning sauce. Filipinos knows the name, I am not just sure if I'm allowed to use my native language here. And with the help of Google, I translated that into English that means "shrunk" or "shriveled".
Then, after eating that mixed vegetables, I opened my computer at around 4:35pm to start responding the notifications. Then, after responding, I've read some of the newest discussions before I've write my own discussion.
After posting this, I'll be reading other discussions and respond.

@luisga814 Yes, it is not allowed to write a post in a language different from English, but you can mention how the food is called in your country, people even like to know.

Actually, it seems like a snack, I have two lunches. Lol. One at a daytime. And one at night time during my work shift. Since, I'm working on a night shift. My lunch right now for night time is the leftover mixed vegetables and need to reheat it.

I had a mid-morning snack of two pieces of cake and coffee with my neighbor, so I didn't have lunch. Don't know when I'll feel like dinner.

Mixed vegetables with chicken sounds like a really good lunch. I love to take leftover vegetables and mix them all together especially when there's a nice variety.

Yes. I agree with you. To tell you honestly, during my younger days, I don't like vegetables. And now, I'm 44 years old, I need to love eating vegetables. Lol.
