Food Porn: "Pork Menudo"

I woke up around 9:00 AM today. I do not want to do anything more online, so I managed to cook a local dish called 'Menudo.' It took time for me to do all the ingredients but it is worth learning some cooking today. Basically, I use pork meat, potatoes, carrots, etc. The magic comes along with tomato paste and sauce in it. Now, it is ready to serve for lunch with the family. What's cooking in your kitchen world?

Leave out the meat, potatoes and tomatoes and I could eat a serving of carrots.

I agree. I only eat three cubes of meat and the rest are the veggies.

@Marty1 , I eat them but do not enjoy them at all, unless they are in a carrot cake!

I thought to serve a cold lunch, but the air is cool this morning, I could prepare a saffron risotto.

@DaddyEvil I can imagine how tasty it is. I did not know to do this before during the winter season in Tajikistan.

@Shavkat It is really good. A week or so ago JJ told people how to make it in his discussion.

Some days you need to take a break from the online world. That looks good. Are you going to have it with rice? Enjoy

You said it right. We do need some rice to go along with this meal. I did have a great time off in the online world for three days.

You seem to become good at cooking now. I think that is one good life skill you've learned. I think you just lack a wife over there.

@Shavkat That is the usual joke when someone is starting to get good at cooking they usually says that one is ready to get married already.
