My new food product

I already give up on making empanada because no one helps me and it has so many processes and hard to perfect. I tried today my new recipe of Turon or lumpia. It was perfect. It so easy to prepare and assemble takes me a short time to finish. The cheese didn't burst and the taste is so yummy. The only problem is it looks small for a price of 10 pesos because the ingredients are really expensive. I made two flavors ham and cheese and pineapple and cheese

Goodluck on your new venture. I guess it’s good you’re trying different ways to sell. One of these days you’re going to find which one works for you and your customers.

@averygirl72 Ok I think then you need to know more about what are the needs of your customers in your place. I guess the product you are selling is very common already there so when they see a new one in the neighborhood their first reaction is not to buy it until they buy it and like it then it can be the start.

@rsa101 They are not interested because it is quite easy to do. I have empanada orders but it's hard to do in my part so I don't continue to do it. Empanada is something hard to do and people want to buy it

No one order. Maybe they think it is so easy to do. They will just do one and save money

Fantastic! Congratulations! I'm glad you managed to find something that was easy to prepare. But I'm sorry the ingredients are so expensive. I hope you are well. Have a great day.

Oh that looks good! Neatly done. I wish I had the time to cook. Working is quite tiring. All I do was work and sleep. I'm looking forward for my week-off so I can fully rest and try to cook again. And yes you are right. Ingredients are very expensive right now so you really need to set the price quite higher than the usual to compensate for the ingredients you used.

Are you done with your banana turon? I prefer eating fried lumpia with sprouts and cheese.

I didn't make a banana turon because it's so ordinary. I like toge too or sprouts

The only " turon" I know is with saba banana and jackfruit. Sounds more like " dynamite" minus the long green chile. I agree that is easier to make, I just hope it translates to sales

I'm sure those are delicious, definitely will sell out. I like the simple cheese sticks with just the cheese inside. Ham and cheese filling, I usually do rolled/flattened bread with them instead of lumpia wrapper.
