Rain or no rain

We're supposed to be getting the remains of tropical cyclone 1, but so far, we've had next to nothing. Normally I'd curl up in bed, be watching something on t.v. and eating with my cat. But I am seriously considering leaving now to get home sooner, to avoid the worst of it, which may or may not hit us. It really is a difficult decision. At this point I wonder if we're going to get any serious rain. At least it's considerably cooler as a result.

I have more than I need. But, we never lost power. We didn't get any rain, really. Some sprinkles here and there, but that's about it.

@kaylachan Wonderful that the bad weather went the other way. Glad you’re safe.

I suppose cooler is a good trade off but I would rather have a little rain

Yeah. Rain knocks out the humidity. So it makes it more bearable.

How funny. Here it is so dry that rain creates a little humidity, normal humidity here is right around 10% but when it gets really hot it gets as low as 3%. I can't stand it when it get around 20%, to me that's pretty high.

It's too hot here in Delhi these days and we also want some serious rain here so that the temperature reduces here.

For a while it was a hot and humid afternoon and now I am wondering it some heavy rain will come or not.

I don't think so. The vast majority of what the south got yesterday appears to have moved off shore. Quite frankly, I am glad we didn't get the promised three inches of rain assumed. My husband could've had to drive home in it.

I don't blame you, the storms are a force to be reckoned with. I use to stay in bed, but now I get in the closet.

That they can be. I don't think that's such a bad thing.

Yes it is. Rain usually isn't a big deal. Todays, annoying.
