You have mining programs on your computer Lately, cryptocurrencies have had a dramatic decline that has been reflected in the pockets of investors. I had a bitcoin cash mining program installed on my laptop a few days ago, but the efficiency of making money with it has decreased to a minimum. Do you think these programs are worth installing on your devices? That is, the production of crypto, covers expenses, electricity, computer parts? Most experts in the field do not recommend mining with a personal computer, what do you think ?

Crypto is a pyramid scheme of epic proportions. There is no intrinsic value, nothing backing it up, and only those who get in early are likely to make any real money. Once they cash out, everyone else is left with worthless, intangible "coin."

@soymex There is hardware created to do mining only. For bitcoin mining, an ASIC machine is the most preferred.

@solidcodes A lot of people say that. Mining on specialized platforms is safer!

I don't even know. The decline of Bitcoin is a pain in the behind. I thought it was supposed to be independent of the economy and banking trends. I am just thankful I don't have much invested.

My husband researched and using a personal computer will soon destroy the computer and the cost of electricity will exceed how much you make. I do not want crypto currencies, the day the Governments will decide to have their own the scheme will collapse leaving all those who invested with no money.

@soymex Mining bitcoins uses a lot of energy, some countries are planning to ban this.

I know nothing about cryptocurrency but I'd be very wary about getting too involved.

We have cryptocurrencies mining program also in our mobile phone. My wife is getting mad because of the dramatic downline of the efficiency of the conversion. She's playing much but in terms of redeeming, that's too low.

@soymex Yes. When it high, I wanted to redeem to my bank account but goes down afterwards.
