Can you help me with this?

What should I do with myself? I wake up every morning with no motivation that I feel I'm not excited to live. I sometimes feel that I don't like my life. I sometimes think there could be demons or I'm a spiritual warfare but I don't want to think about demons all the time. I tried changing my mindsets, keeping myself as busy as possible but I still feel in a low mood. I have anxieties and I feel I have depression. Back in the days I am younger I feel life is so fun and inspiring but not now. Can you please help me?

Worrying about motivation brings only more loss of that motivation, any that you might have had. Just sit and wait, and then let life come to you, rather than you always trying to take yourself to it. Life plays itself out mostly in its own ways. We are just in it mostly just for the ride. What I mean is that life is like a roller coaster ride. parts of that ride, we might not enjoy, or like, like when it goes through a dark tunnel, or does a loop and we are upside down for a while. We must realise, though, that we are not the ride, we are only on the ride. Getting older, feeling unmotivated, feeling lost, and alone, are not the real us either. They are just some of our feelings created from our riding the ride of life. We need to step back and realise that we are greater than the ride, and the feelings it creates in us. We are a spiritual being, taking a life ride here, for now, not just a part of the ride, which our body is too (a part of the ride, or journey, or our vehicle for now), as it will disappear with the ride, within time too.

@averygirl72 Yes, more just go with the flow, rather than trying to swim against it. Of course, we still need to discern that we are in the right flow, to go with it, and we do this by our following the flow going through our heart, as love, rather than just following our mind's desires, and wants, first. When we do not get what we want with our minds, and still want it, this is what causes us angst, and worry, in our lives. We start to think that it is our motivation, or that we are depressed, and that some part of our mind is stopping us, when all we need do is to follow our heart of love, and let the mind's worries stew in it unowned.

When I wake up with no motivation, I usually have a nice breakfast, then take a morning walk. If you're feeling low all the time, try to find something you're interested in doing. Doing exercises helps. If you feel you have depression, you should seek professional help.

I felt the same way before but a professional psychiatrist helped me to not think that way and taking up some medication to calm me down for a day. I also do pray in the morning to help me be guided by trusting Gods good intentions with my daily life

You are stressing yourself. Stop worrying about motivation, do something that you surely enjoy and wait to feel in the mood to do something again.

What I have heard on Twitter is that some people advise persons who are sad is to find something like a humor book or television show to give you ideas to find happiness. One good bit of advice I can share with you is to set a goal for yourself and pursue what you are good at. Also write your thoughts on a journal.

What I goal now is to make more money as much as possible but I'm not successful. I always write my thoughts on my notepads at smartphones and I have notebooks too to write down my thoughts and ideas

it's ok men i used to be like that to i guess it's just another phase of life in the end of the day we still live and we are the winner for me myself what i do to get rid of those thought i just do some workout for me doing workout now it's really give a lot of endorfin that can make me feel happy well that's just my experience can not become a reference

I use to follow happy quotes and motivational quotes in facebook and it helps me to be happy all the time. I usually work on everything i want like crafting , watching funny youtube videos , watching variety shows on tv and i use to watch their videos too.

Many people feel as you do. My advice is for you to act.This feeling produces nothing good. First: GOD. Second: start by doing small things and being proud of it. The important thing is to do it. If you don't succeed, try again. But do it.
