Good day to you all, hope you’re doing well.
Back to another Monday and some more hot weather around here. Right now, at 4PM it is 93F (33C) and a bit humid. It is not as bad as last week but still to hot for my liking. Tomorrow is supposed to be even worse with a high predicted at 96F (35C). I guess that is better than the 100’s we had last week.
My son took me out after work for a quick dinner. He had called me on Sunday asking if I wanted to go yesterday, he said he would drive out here and I was like we work at the same place lets just go after work today instead of driving the 80 miles round trip out of your way. He agreed and we grabbed some burgers for dinner. We sat there for about and hour and a half and just talked. We nice to just hang out and talk.
We see each other a couple times a week at work but don’t really get to talk very much so this was nice.

After a few showers hit my area yesterday, the heat returned this morning. I am doing okay today at the start of this week.

The best thing to do here in the tropical heat of Florida is work inside by the A/C

My daughter works with me and it seems like I never see her. Since I was out of town on Fathers Day, she made homemade sushi and pokè bowls for me on Monday night, and then we watched the Stanley Cup hockey game afterward. It was nice to actually hang out with her. Glad you got to spend time with your son too.

It sure sounds like it and I am glad to hear everything turned out fine. It's a little cooler here, but you couldn't tell. We keep being threatened with rain, but haven't seen a single drop in days.
