PB&J On Whole Wheat Dinner

Dinner was simple this evening. A PB&J (peanut butter and jam) sandwich on whole wheat bread. And a few slices of kosher pickle on the side. On these hot summer days, a light meal is always enjoyed. Sandwiches work great. Until the fresh tomatoes arrive, I will figure out other alternatives. I have many favorite sandwiches like tuna, egg salad, BLT, grilled cheese, and many others. Pastrami on rye is one I haven't had in awhile. Do you have a favorite? Wishing you all a good evening. All across the world. Take care and enjoy the little things in your life.

PB&J is always good but I love it on white bread and you forgot the cream cheese again, My all time favorite sandwich is a cold Italian sub but since I cannot get the ingredients to make it at home now and then I buy it from a favorite pizza place here,

I did forget it again. When it is this hot, I just make whatever I can find to be honest. But I have cream cheese in the frig. I will make a note right now.

We enjoyed meatloaf sandwiches tonight, for supper. This is one of my all-time favorites. Peanut butter and jelly, I never get tired of those sandwiches:)

I think that my favorite sandwich has to be a toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich. That is a good filling meal.

Most mornings I start the day with pb on whole wheat toast and a piece of fruit. Can't beat a sandwich when the weather is so hot. I also like tuna, grilled cheese, BLT but haven't had one in awhile and deli turkey on a roll.

That is a good and healthy way to start your day. I like all of those too. BLT used to be Dustin's favorite.
