So I've been uploaded some different foods that is commonly eaten in philippines. so yea I guess Imma keep sharing. So Grilled Milk Fish or Inihaw na bangus is also a best seafood that have a very great taste. it is also can be grilled using charcoal like a natural way to cook it. But it can also be in Oven, the difference is that if you cook it using the charcoal way you will have the nice crisp on its skin. While if you cook it using oven. you will have the same taste but there is no crisp in it. So what I like in that fish? First it was big and can be feed a whole family. Second the fat in the belly is so tasty. Third You can put almost anything in there. Last time we did that. we put pork and garlic and onions and others. and that is really great, we stitch it back so the ingredients inside wont fall. What I dont like in that fish? Well just one. It is so hard to eat as there is so many fish bones. How about you. Have you tried this recipe? If you tried one, Did you enjoy it? Photo Not Mine.

@DevMrSamEleazar there are some restaurants that serve only " bangus belly " but they could be a bit pricey because it's the choice cut, I'll just be contented with being first to go get the belly

This is a favorite during outings and celebrations. I like grilled milkfish with a lot of ginger, onions, and tomatoes.

Yes. I remember that when you're young, we always eat this grilled milk fish that you likely eat most with sweet sauce.
