No Tour in the Neighborhood: Why?!?

In my neighborhood, there are so many scrawny stray cats roaming around. Some of them are not tired of bringing kittens in this world. Since we came here three years back, we noticed this and thinking that they were neighbors' whiskers. It was not the case, so no touring of visitors in the area because of this reason. I feel ashamed of showing my place.
Are you fond of touring your visitors around the neighborhood?

We don't have that problem here. Stray dogs and cats are caught and taken to the city pound. If they aren't claimed by someone within a month, they're euthanized. (Anyone who claims one of these animals is subject to fines for allowing their pet to roam freely. It's a very good incentive to keep pets inside the house, on a leash or chained in a yard.)

@Shavkat People here don't bother adopting dogs from the pound. People will give dogs and cats away for free, so there is no market for them.

@DaddyEvil I am open to this idea. All my dogs are adopted here.

I usually don't notice them that much. They are usually visiting people here.

See if the neighbors would help getting them fixed.
