Healthy or Unhealthy Snacks

Snacking can be a terrific way to maintain attention as well as provide your body the nourishment it needs all day. When those snack cravings occurs, a lot of us tend to crave either sweet or salty snacks and is it a healthy snack or an unhealthy snack.
I tend to go for salty snack like peanuts,macadamia nuts, potato and corn chips like the photo I uploaded above,which one do you tend to go for more and why?

Either salty or sweet will take care of my snack craving. I like sunflower seeds, cashews or pecans. If I want something sweet, I prefer tootsie rolls, fruit chews or something chocolate. (I like to chew my foods. So hard candy isn't something I like.) I do like chips of different kinds, too.

@sica98 I forgot to buy anything sweet when I went shopping, so I'm eating some Green Onion Potato Chips right now.

@DaddyEvil I think i will like Green Onion Potato Chips, I Have no preference when it comes to chips flavor,I love them all from Sour Cream,BBQ,Cheese,etc,the list goes on....

I dont usually eat snack like biscuits or chocolates. I do eat snacks like pancakes, rice with egg, like that
I do like complete meal in snacks lol

Well it could be mostly not so healthy snacking for me.
I try to limit my such forays!
We have a lot of snack varieties based on traditional Indian snacks as well as things like Nachos, Potato Wafers, Variety of Popcorns etc.
I will perhaps post a few pics sometimes.
This sounds like a good idea!

I don't really enjoy eating snacks. I prefer fruits, especially banana.

I rarely eat snacks. They have lots of carbs whether they are salty or sweet. I love to eat delicious things, but I prefer to eat 3 times a day.

I don't eat many snacks any mire. Salt just doesn't agree with me. I used to like salty. Since I had my stroke. I am a lot more careful.

@sica98 well I am in a nursing home,they give us jello, or sugarless cookies, no salt. No cokes just coffee, tea, water, milk.

I like to snack on both sweet and salty foods. I also eat a lot of chocolate!

I like salted snacks like chips and some Indian snacks like kurkure, mixture, makhana and bhel. I like ending it with fruits and sweets.

Have you tried Badam Laccha or Cornflakes mix from Haldiram or Bikano?
Kurkure is not a favourite of mine now.
Bhel is also nice sometimes.

Plain fruits and plain nuts are ideal, but sometimes chips and chocolate hit the spot.
