Have you tried this Monggo with Shrimp?

Hello! 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up early today 5:30am. The weather is so nice. Sunny and cool air. I don`t feel to eat anything but I had my hot choco cappuccino for breakfast. Then, went out for a morning walk. After, did some cleaning here and had my morning dancing exercise and later will be with a friend and mom 
Today, I like some vegetable soup with shrimp and this monggo beans is really nice with this. It is very simple to prepare. You just have to boil the monggo beans until it gets soft. Then, set it aside and fry the shrimp with garlic and onion 
Then, combine them and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Then, put the water spinach. This is optional if you want some chicharon a dried pork fat to add. You can add it up here too but I don`t have that for now. So, just this water spinach is enough for me. I eat this with hot steamed rice.

You can mix it with ground chicken instead. It will still taste very good

Hi there. Yes, we tried already. Monggo with chicharon and shrimp. However since shrimp is bit expensive, small cuts pork or fish in replacement.

ngl this is one of my favorite. but shrimp is so expensive that we just use pork.
I dont eat veggies but is monggo a veggie? cuz it have seeds. and my teacher said if it had a seed its a fruit. idk if its right

Oh that is one of my favorite dishes too. It usually is a Friday dish in our country. I do not know why they usually cook this dish on a Friday. This is also a favorite dish during Holy week as well just removed the pork bits and replaced with salted fish and some veggies.

We put malunggay, sometimes pechay, when cooking monggo, and use ground pork because mother is allergic to shrimp.

I like shrimp and monggo beans, but never tried to cook them this way. I'll also have shrimps this evening. Fried eggs with shrimps.

I don`t calculate my walking. I just make one whole round around my place which I take 45mins
